Fitness Fridayyyyyy

How is it possible to not count calories and loose 6lbs? Stress! That's how!

I let things slide...and gained those 6lbs quickly.

But I'm back! I must make myself get out of bed and put on my sneakers!!!!!! I hate it...but it helps not only keep my head clear but my body fit!

I'm also counting calories! To be in the 130's is ok...but I would love to get down to the 120's. :)
